Poole Town have confirmed James Constable has joined the Dolphins on a month’s loan deal, with the option to extend until the end of the season.
The experienced striker joins from National League outfit Eastleigh, and has made 25 appearances for the Spitfires this campaign.
Constable boasts a prolific scoring record in the Football League, and has also found the back of the net 41 times in 159 appearances for his parent club.
The signing could prove to be crucial in Poole’s quest for survival in the National League South, with the Dolphins four points from safety ahead of a tricky run of fixtures.
Constable is available for the trip to Braintree Town tomorrow (3pm KO).
